Delivery term

All the orders are grouped and sent on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, our carrier "Seur", in the previous table you can see in more detail all the information. Delivery times are counted from the moment the order leaves our warehouse which we will notify you by email.

Transport

Your purchase will be sent by Seur.

At Sam Parfums we continuously monitor the shipment of each purchase, given the possibility that the carrier may have problems finding your address or that they have tried to deliver it when there was nobody at home.

Once the purchase is made you can request a tracking code for your order if you want to check the exact delivery date.

Returns & Exchanges

After receiving the order, if for any reason, you want to return a product, you have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to notify us. In this term we accept returns as long as the product is in optimal conditions. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer. Once the goods have been received and checked, if they are in perfect conditions, the amount of the returned products will be paid, using the same form of payment used in the initial order.

Wrong shipments, breakages or defects of origin

Wrong shipping: provided you inform us within a maximum period of 48 hours from the date of delivery of the order, after checking the case, and provided that the product is in optimal condition, with its original packaging, without any use and for the sale, previous communication with the client, and after carrying out some internal checks, a messenger will be sent to pick up the wrong merchandise and replace it with the correct one. In the event of an error by Sam Parfums in the preparation of the order, the transportation costs for the change will be borne by Sam Parfums, in case of error of the customer at the time of purchase, the customer will have to pay, the cost of the transportation service for the change.

Customs charges included in the price

For orders to the peninsula and Europe, the customs charges are included in the price you have paid, we will never ask you for an additional payment for customs expenses, VAT payment or other supplements. Everything is included in the price.
